Our Service

TSM Socials creates real estate marketing videos using listing information and media provided by our customers. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit any materials you provide us, including listing photos, music, logos, agent photographs, and other uploaded materials.

Content Rights

By submitting materials to TSM Socials, you represent that you have permission to provide those materials for use in the video we produce for you.

Third-Party Services

TSM Socials may use third-party software, cloud services, payment processors, workflow automation, and production tools to fulfill your order.

Use of Artificial Intelligence

TSM Socials may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools and automated technology as part of producing your video — for example, to analyze submitted photos or footage, to generate or suggest text, captions, and creative variations, and to assist with editing and video assembly. Videos produced with AI assistance are reviewed as part of our process, but we do not guarantee AI-assisted output will be error-free.

Delivery

Most videos are delivered within 24–36 hours. During periods of high demand, please allow up to 48 hours.

Video Formats

You can select from the available aspect ratios during checkout — Horizontal, Vertical, or a specific ratio (16:9, 4:3, 3:4, or 1:1) — based on where you plan to use your finished video.

Payment

The listed price is $125 per property video unless otherwise stated.

Customer-Provided Information

You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate, including property details and agent contact information.

Prohibited Content

You may not submit content you do not have permission to use, or content that violates applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

TSM Socials provides its services on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TSM Socials is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
